DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

We’re currently only shipping within the US.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

For In Stock items, orders placed before 11 am PST, Monday–Friday will typically ship that same day. Orders placed after 11 am PST Monday–Thursday will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 11 am PST on Friday and throughout the weekend will ship the following Monday.

Certain items ship directly from our vendors and typically ship out in three business days or less.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

If you've received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll make it right.

WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We ship with either USPS or FedEx. Some of our brand partners who ship directly to you may also use UPS.

Please note that all orders over $295 will be shipped with a signature requirement.

If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, and we will try out best to accommodate you.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We do not currently offer an expedited shipping option due to our business model.

Some of the products we feature on the site are pre-orders, where we do not have inventory in stock at the time an item is offered for sale. This allows us to offer lower prices to our customers, but it usually adds about a week or two to the wait time.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your item(s).

TRACKING SHOWS AS DELIVERED, BUT I DON’T HAVE MY PACKAGE, WHAT DO I DO?

Trying to find your package? Sorry — this can happen sometimes! Occasionally a carrier will tag a package as delivered before it's been physically dropped off.

Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, please ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you.

If your package still hasn’t turned up 3 days after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please contact us.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you have already placed an order and would like to

• Cancel the order

• Add or remove items

• Change the shipping address

Please contact our support team within 30 minutes of placing your order. For the best chance of us being able to honor your request, please send your message with the subject line "Modify or cancel order" and include your order reference number (R123456789) in the body of your message. Cancellations and order modifications are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours (Monday - Friday from 9am to 5:30pm PT).

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

While we do not currently offer direct merchandise exchanges, you can return your current size for a  store credit and quickly repurchase your desired size.

You'll get the right size fastest if you simply place a second order:

Step #1 – Return your current size using our returns portal - returns.bornforthestorm.com

Step #2 – Use your Instant Refund voucher code to place a new order for the size you need

Step #3 - Print your pre-paid return label and send the unwanted size back to us.

If the item has changed in price since your original purchase, please contact our support team after placing your new order and we will be happy to honor the original price on the new size.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase, we will accept a return and process a refund.

Returned products can be sent to the following address. Please complete the return questionnaire found on the back of your original packing slip.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We try to issue refunds as quickly as possible!
Once we've physically received your return package and confirmed the condition and contents, we will issue your refund. While we aim to process and refund your return within 10-17 days from the time you send it back.
Please note that once a credit card refund has been issued, it can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to reflect that transaction on your account statement.
We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.

HOW DOES YOUR APPAREL FIT?

Our apparel is what we consider a classic fit. It’s neither slim nor oversized. We offer fit guides with measurements to help with the decision on which size apparel will fit you best. Contact us with any questions or for more information regarding apparel sizing.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

As a retailer, we carries a wide range of different products, so we don't offer a blanket warranty on everything we sell.

Many of the brands we work with do offer warranties for any issues outside of normal wear and tear. If you're not able to get in touch with a brand directly, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to help coordinate a warranty claim or see what else we can do to make it right.

At the end of the day, we stand behind everything we sell on Born for the Storm. As long as you haven't been climbing mountains in your flip-flops or hammering nails with your knife, we'll try our best to help you out.
